Outstanding!!! Lonnie and his company are "TRUE PROFESSIONALS", very courteous and helpful. Something you rarely see anymore!!! Just wish Angie's List had A+ rating ...This company definitely deserves one.

First issue: they could not pick up my car after the accident as they needed new tires on their own tow/haul vehicle. What professional auto repair business waits until their tires are so bad they can not even drive it. Next issue: The rental car (which along with the close proximity of their shop is why I chose that shop). It took 2 days with them promising me each of those days a car, before they ever produced it. Next issue: They kept emailing me telling me it would be done on a set date. That did not happen. I had responded to one of their emails asking them to be sure to let me know 1 to 2 days ahead as I had numerous issues going on. They told me they would. Of course, that did not happen. I got a phone call at a little after 5:30pm on 1/14/15 telling me that my car was ready and demanding, not asking, for their rental back immediately. They close at 6pm. I suggested they could either pick the car up the next morning at my job or I could bring it out when I got off work at noon. I was told no, despite the fact I was at work when they called, having been called in to deal with an issue. Yes, I did tell them that I was at work.  I had to leave work, go fill the gas tank, run by my house and then drive out there. Next issue: They pulled my car out of the shop. I was waiting outside, having already paid them. A few minutes later, it was pulled back into the shop. None of the interior lights were working. The man who owns the shop started looking around. He found the fuse panel cover on the floor. He then started yelling at me loudly "did you take this off", "why would you take this off', "what did you do" I did not even know what he had in his hand at that time. He kept accusing me of pulling it off, yelling at me. I had not even been in the car yet, or even as much as opened my car door. At that point I had to walk outside, I was highly upset. I was never apologized to for the accusations of removing the fuse panel cover, let alone the fact that he had been screaming at me. I should of had until the next day to return the rental car since mine was done so late in the day. There was  NO reason the rental car could not of been returned the next day. I would NEVER EVER recommend this shop. Highly unprofessional behavior.

Melanie Did a great job telling what she did in detail recommending what I need to do to fix it. She is very good at what she does and not over priced at all.
