 + -1 mored it been fixed but it had also been I dropped it off and they told me they could do the work but one of them was having knee surgery so it might take longer than usual. I told them that was not a problem. I ended up with a short hospital stay myself. I didn't even really worry about the time involved. What needed to be fixed was a very hard to deal with piece and they were able to do it. Not everyone is able to work with sterling and this piece was very thin and fragile. When I got it back I was very pleased. Not only had it been fixed but the piece was repositioned so it would not break in the future. I would be happy to use their services again.
Description of Work: I had a necklace of my daughters that had a small sterling piece around it that broke. They were recommended to me by Joslins.

Description of Work: The gentlemen that own this store did excellent repairs for me. The work was of perfect quality as well as ready when promised. I also made a purchase in the store about a month before and it was beautiful. The pieces that they have for sale are of great beauty and quality. I moved right after picking up my repairs but left them with more work to be sent to me when finished. Their prices are reasonable and they have made every effort to accomodate me in my time schedule. I highly recommend their store as a source for sterling silver jewelry as the prices cover a large range. When I have paid for the pieces that will be shipped to me I will have spent about $600 to $700 in total and am happy with receiving so much value for the money.
