They came out the same day I contacted them, gave me a quote which I accepted, and then got to work. A short time later I had a new chandelier in my dining room with a dimmer switch. It couldn't have been better. I appreciated their professionalism and will call them again for electrical needs.

One of the employees had originally scrammed me and they refused to give me my money back. I had no other choice to let them make it up to me rather than choose an electrician of my own who I felt more comfortable with, and in the process it was like pulling teeth just to get them to make things right and to do the job that I had paid them to do in the first.

I had these guys replace a failed breaker box in my house. At the time, there was a 220 wire feed (110v x2) that ran out to my garage for my air compressor. When the box failed, the box grounded through my air compressor. This company showed up the next day and fixed the box. When I hooked my compressor back up it didn't run right. I figured that the motor had been damaged when the panel failed. I saved money and bought a new compressor. When installed it ran just like the old one. The installer had only run 1 leg of 110 out to the garage. The job was not done right. As such, I spent my time, and my money trying to fix a problem that didn't actually exist (time spent trying to find someone to rebuild the motor, and ultimately finding and getting the new compressor and installation). I now have to return the new compressor or take a $500.00 hit to my wallet, due to their incomplete work. I contacted, and expressed my displeasure, and asked for $200.00 for my time. They took 10 days to get back to me, and told me there is nothing they would do. Their solution amounted to "call us back to double check our work" We are all human. Good companies fix their mistakes. Fix is not a discount off FUTURE work. They have been polite through the whole process, but never get around to answering my core question. What is the customer's time worth? I have 10 hours of time into this process, all because the job wasn't done completely the first time. What is the customer's time worth?

The technician arrived on time and immediately provided a financial and time estimate for the work. Since it was the same technician who recommened this work on a previous visit, he was well prepared. To reiterate, he explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand it and even visibly showed me the different between the breaker squares I current as compared to the breaker squares I should have for my home to be code-compliant. The whole process only took about an hour.
Super nice guy, very professional and I'm extremely pleased with the service. I would highly recommend Scott the Electrician to friends and neighbors.

I called the owner to show my displeasure and to have him come out, but he never owned up to it and refused to come out. He hadn't been out on a call in 15 years. I would never use this company again, even if they were the only one in the greater Kansas City area. It was a very unprofessional experience.

He was very quick and offered same-day service. However, I would never use him again. He was so overpriced. My new electrician has replaced the GFCI for $100. I was blown away by the price.

I am very pleased with them. I would give them an A on overall experience with a C for price. I would continue to use them; I have used them for lots of little minor jobs, they have never had to do anything too major.

It went pretty good. I just thought it was pretty slow. The guy that did the work I think was new to the company, but they were very apologetic, but all in all it was good.

Zack the electrician was very polite & professional. Showed me how to use my new circuit breaker panel. This will be so much easier for me if power for the house goes off. I am very pleased with the work and would call this company again for electrical work and they give a 10% senior discount.

Diagnosed problem... between two boxes, wiring routed under driveway said short was cable fault...conditions:(heavy rain/moisture past two days)REAL cause of shorting...using separate electrical line thru conduit...Diagnostic cost $191.00(required to sign work sheet/OK)...when location found solution was add-on...charged another $90+ to re-wire to available line, process took about 5 minutes...wires in same electrical box, cost seems high for labor and job! (alternate choice call in someone else and get another charge!) Asked for bid to change out 40AMP to 30A breaker switch COST $100+ additional charge (switch cost $10/$90labor)...told them to forget request! Two men crew(supervisor plus/helper-7yrs electrical), BOTH courteous and professional, arrived site by 4 PM as promised, out by 5:15! Men seemed "money driven" like guys doing oil changes(wondered if they got paid on add on's). Every thing was an "add on", young guy said he was "glad I had my checkbook available".
