"We no longer wish to work for this member. Even with her paying we feel we have been treated unfairly. The member is moving, she has nothing to lose, we on the other hand will be here and continue to take care of out clients in a timely and professional manner, unlike what we have been accused of. We feel that we have unfairly been brought into a feud between two neighbors and their are always different views of what happened. Our side is that we were hired by the member's neighbor to clear her fence line of any vines and limbs overhanging her property only! We have pictures of proof, that is all we did.) We spent a half day with a total of four men to complete this work so, as the member stated in her complaint "some little branches" were not at all what we were dealing with! We have been an established and reputable company here since 1958 and if we were out killing trees we would not have survived this long. The row of trees the member is speaking of has several and all are covered 3/4 of the way up with vines in which anyone knows that vines and ivy will kill a tree slowly. We have worked for the member herself for over 12 years total and have never had any problem. We can advise out clients to do preventative things to keep their trees healthy but cannot make them, We are very sorry that she choose to bring is into this feud but we will not be bullied into doing free work. I will offer copies to anyone of pictures of this problem and you be the judge. I also have sent copies of two recent donations and thank you notes from July 2010 alone. We wish this could have been resolved but the way the member has acted is not the way we do business or treat other humans. We wish her the best in her new move. Thanks, Ray Salinas, owner"
