excavators, sewer cleaning

Description of Work: Hired them to replace sewer line. They showed up at noon on the first day and discovered there was not enough room between house and trees to drive backhoe into area needing work. Had to spend additional money to remove the tree.. Showed up late almost every day they were on the job and then complained about having to work in excessive heat during the afternoon. Upon completion of sewer pipe, contractor allowed large chunks of concrete to fall back into trench causing the new line to shift. Contractor was required (and completed) new line to satisfaction of owner. Contractor was completely unresponsive throughout the project.

sewer cleaning
+ -1 moreit appears that what was pulled out of the sewer line was placed there by the contractor. after tearing up my yard, contractor came back and demanded more money than agreed to in the estimate in order to finish the job. I was lied to. Job site was left with lawn destroyed, shrubs killed, loose dirt not tamped down.
Description of Work: dug up the old sewer line after saying it was stopped up. failed to repair landscape, lawn shrubs, etc. I have found out several others have the same or similair complaint.
