Jeff did a great job planning our a new patio in front of our house and the landscaping around it. It was installed and we were very happy with the result and the cost. We even referred him to our friends who had a $30,000 project.
After about 2 months the bricks in the patio started sinking around the edges. This is when problems started. We are unable to contact Jeff or have him return our calls. They came out and half way repaired the bricks but did not finish it and now there are some bricks are still sinking. We have tried contact by voicemail and multiple emails and no response. Our only recourse now is post this on Angie's list and possible contact a lawyer.
