THE TECH THAT I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY POLITE AND PATIENT. THEY USUALLY CHARGE $65.00 AND HOUR, AND I KNOW THAT I SPOKE WITH THEM AT LEAST AN HOUR, BUT THEY ONLY CHARGED ME $48.00.
