Kathy is very professional, talented, and committed to customer satisfaction. I've been going to Kathy for over 2 years - never disappointed. She is always on time and always serves ONE customer at a time.

Kathy always does an awesome job with my gel nails. She takes extra time to make sure the job is done right and you always receive one to one service. No waiting or splitting time between clients. Her facility is clean and comfortable and the service and prices are consistent and fair. Definitely worth it!

Outstanding!  Kathy's process of applying gel polish is far and above the rest.  I've tried several nail salons and the polish always peels after 5 to 10 days.  Now my polish looks good for 2-3 weeks (no kidding!).  The price is fair, the salon clean and comfortable.   

Kathy was great.  I emailed her for an appointment and her response was very quick.  Not only did she do a great job with my toes and fingers, she also gave me very good tips to avoid ingrowns and keep my gel polish on longer.  It was more pricey then I am used to (I was a poor student for a while) but it was a quite good experience.  She is very nice as a person and great to talk to.  I will be going back to her again.

I left Heavenly Nails yesterday with beautiful, perfect nails, as usual! I've gone only to Kathy for gel polish for the past few years, and have always appreciated the skill and professionalism she shows, as well as the exciting custom colors she creates. Recently, in a frenzied last-minute decision before traveling, I had gel polish applied elsewhere. Disaster! Two nails bubbled by that night, and by the third day, the gel polish completely lifted off one nail. Never again! From now on, my gel polish will be only from Kathy at Heavenly Nails. Kathy is, hands-down, the best in her business!

My nails are extremely fragile and soft. With regular manicures, I wasn't able to keep them looking professional for more than a day or two. I live on the East Coast, and tried nearly every gel polish practitioner in the city with the hope of longer-lasting results. Unfortunately, within days the gel polish "lifted" from my nails. Last summer, I was visiting my parents in Kansas City, and my mom got me an appointment with Kathy. My mom has used Kathy's services for several years, often saying Kathy is the best in Kansas City. After my visit with Kathy, I'm a believer, too! Two weeks later, the gel polish was still beautiful - and had not lifted from my nails! Kathy's technique and her skills, I'm sure, did the trick. Excellent!

Simply put, Kathy is the best. I have not found anyone else in the area who matches Kathy's skill with gel nails and gel polish. And I love her creativity in designing new colors! For the past couple of years, I have always looked forward not only to getting my new, sparkling nails, but also to getting to visit with Kathy!

I have just recently started having my nails done.  Kathy is ideal for the job.  Happy to explain any part of her work from training, why this tool & not that one, to clean up.  A  relaxing, friendly place to get lovely gel nails.  My gel nails are exactly as her website explained http://heavenlynailskc.com/index.htm .  I am extremely please with my nails and Kathy Lung.
