I have been using Focused Xtermination for about five years now and they always give me great service. I first used them for ant control: I love that they use least toxic methods (targeted baits rather than just spraying). Then I discovered, about three years ago, termites in my yard. They were eating into the wood around a raised bed. Since, apparently, every home in this area is going to have an issue with termites at some point I decided to be proactive and get help from Focused Xtermination. Since then I have had a monthly maintenance contract. There are termite baits all around my home. Each month they are checked for activity. I get a report and when there is termite activity the plain wood bait is replaced with a bait which the termites take back to the colony to kill the queen and larvae. Somehow the termites did get through the ring of baits at one point and into wood on my front porch (I had the males in flight pouring out of one piece of wood). Focused Xtermination took care of treatment at no cost to me. I had to replace a piece of wood and have it repainted afterward, but this was nothing compared to what I could otherwise have been dealing with. Since the baits should actually have prevented this (minor) infestation, Focused sent some materials back to the manufacturer for testing to see if anything in their system needed improved. Everything has been fine for the last two years. I have no hesitation in recommending Focused Xtermination.

I first called them when I'd seen a cockroach about 3 years back. They did a great job of treating the problem, and I haven't seen anything since. They come by every couple of months to do a follow up service since I signed up for an annual service plan. They said that if I ever see anything in my house to just give them a call and they'll come back and treat for free. The people they have on staff are very professional and knowledgeable.

I am on a contract with them. We are very pleased with them. We always use them for pest control and if we have other issues we use them for that as well. I definitely recommend them and am very satisfied with their service.
