Called and advised what I needed. Good phone skills. Location was easy to find. Staff friendly and cheerful. I was advised an approximate time fame for work to be completed. Work completed on time and I can recommend this service for alterations. Plan on using them again soon.

Easy to locate on Rainbow Blvd. Good location.Got dress in and out in the same week, which I was happy with.

Excellent! I had a bridal party of 10 and she was great to work with. Two of my bridesmaids traveled from out of town and she stayed open late to accommodate them on the DAY BEFORE the wedding. There dresses were ready within 3 hours. In addition, after stressing over the wedding, I lost an extra 15lbs. and had to have my dress altered two days before the wedding. It was completed the next day with NO EXTRA CHARGE, even though my weight loss made the extra alterations necessary. Thanks Angie's List for providing this service. I would have never found Nicolette had it not been for you. Her rating was great (only one negative out of countless positives) and her work on my wedding proved why she has such a great reputation.

It went terrible. The bridesmaid gown was not hemmed correctly and also showed oil stains from machine work that could not be removed through a professional. At the last minute I had to have the dress re-altered and cleaned. The flat front pants that were hemmed had been wrongly cuffed. The bridal sweats turned out nice but the store owner's (Nicollette) overall attitude and unwillingness to resolve the issue with the bridesmaid dress was appalling. Although we have since worked out a payment agreement, I am very dissatisfied with her. She just plain does not seem to care when long-standing customers have an issue with the quality of her store's work.

"We strive to do the very best work with customer satisfaction as our main focus. If ever a problem arises, we correct the situation or address the issue first hand as soon as it is brought to our attention. In this situation, the customer went out of town after writing our establishment a bad check. The issues were not addressed until the customer was confronted about the check. I agreed to waived the bounced check fee and pay for the additional expenses incurred by the customer. From looking at the pictures, the adjustments needed were a simple fix however the customer went out of town. Because this was a rush order, time was not allotted for a second fitting which is always recommend to avoid such issues. Dry cleaning is also offered at our expense for cases such this. Normal protocol is to correct the service myself free of charge. This customer continued to place blame after we agreed to pay for her hardships. Although we hate to lose a customer, we feel we accepted our responsibility and attempted to salvage the relationship."

They gave me an estimate for the zipper that was quite reasonable. They called about two weeks later and said that it was done. I picked it up and it was all done. I didn't have to buy a new winter coat.

I dropped the jeans off and they told me it would be about 2 weeks. 4 weeks later I hadn't heard from them so I called. They apologized that they hadn't put a date on the pants when I turned them in so we unaware it had been so long. They got right on them and they were done the next day. It was not a big deal as I wasn't in a huge hurry for the jeans. The work was very good. You can hardly tell the zipper was replaced (except that it works now!). The estimate was $14-17 and the final price was only $13 lower than quoted. I would use them again.

NICOLE'S SHOP IS MUCH FURTHER AWAY FROM MY HOME THAN OTHER ALTERATION COMPANIES, BUT IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE.
