He did a good job of finishing the tub. He was a very nice guy.

The sinks are set in a tile covered cabinet, so replacing them would have meant replacing the cabinet entirely. Bob explained what he would have to do to repair the surface and how the urethane refinishing would work. He carefully covered areas around the work and completed the job in two visits. As part of the project, he replaced the water lines to one sink. Everything was cleaned up and the sinks and tub look very good. He has been in business for a long time and guarantees his work. We would recommend him to others needing similar service.

What Bob did the first time was great.  Unfortunately because of a poor job on installing the shower base originally the crack has come back, with a second one.  We are considering our options, but replacing the unit is not a good one because we cannot get a new one to match what we have.  That means that by changing the unit we would also be redoing the tile walls, moving the drain line and putting in the new base and shower walls and doors.  We are hoping the filling in of the gap below the pan will work for us.  Then Bob can do his magic.

On-time arrival.  The surfaces are not smooth.  There are bubbles and pits.  There is a paint brush hair in the sink refinishing.  Very disappointing quality.

I was very happy with them. He resurfaced the tub in a very kind and very professional manner. He was very considerate of our time of our property. He did an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone that was looking out for that job for sure.

I was very pleased.  Admittedly, one can't tell how well tub refinishing work is going to hold up until years have passed, but from what I could see the quality of work on both the tub and tiles is very good.  Mr Jones was prompt, friendly, and professional.  The tenant was also favorably impressed by him.  He charged exactly what the bid had indicated the cost would be.   The cost was about the same or a bit below what comparable work by other contractors cost as reported on Angies List. Tub refinishing and minor ancillary work is his only business, which seems to me to be a good feature, as he has the work down to a science.  I will definitely contact Mr Jones if we have bathtub refinishing work in the future.

Bob Jones was by far the lowest price of the contractors we interviewed.  Bob was a no-nonsense, get-the-job-done kind of guy.  I was very pleased with how he came as promised, and even arrived earlier than we had initially agreed based upon my request.  The work took 1.5 days with most of the work done on the first day.  The second day was simple clean up and caulking. I was very pleased and impressed by how quickly Bob finished, and how good my "new" tub looks! Thank you Bob!

Overall, everything went very well. Bob is very nice, polite, professional and respectful. My husband has some additional plumbing work to finish which may damage the coating; Bob very generously offered to come back out for repairs, if necessary. My only issue, and it is very minor, is that the (white) coating seeped under the masking tape and bled onto some of the (black) grout joints on the floor. I will work to clean some of this tomorrow, but even if I'm unseccessful, my mom says I'm the only one who will notice this.

Excellent. Bob Jones is very nice. He is polite, professional, and on time! His first visit was to give an estimate and describe the process. We booked a time on that day. He called the night before to confirm his start time. Finished in 3 hours like he promised. He returned the next day to finish up, caulk.

Overall the process from start to finish went great. The process took 2 days, we settled on a Friday and a Saturday. I wish I had taken a before and after picture of the bathtub.

Bob Jones, the owner, returned my call promptly and showed up at the agreed time. After discussing options and going over what he typically did, he gave my a written bid on the spot. He was able to repair a number of stress cracks in the tile, fill in old holes where towel bars had been previously mounted, and change the color of the tile from a hideous brown to a nice off-white and still keep the tub white. It all looks great and only very close inspection reveals the crack repair. A complete tear out was the only other practical option.

He was courteous, prompt and professional. We even requested to see some work that he had done in his own home which he was willing to accommodate to. We would definitely hire him again.

Working with Bob Jones of Dream Maker Bath was an excellent experience. Bob always answered phone calls in a timely way. Used his own and my time efficiently, treated me and my house with complete respect, provided our home with a bathtub that looks beautifully new, cleaned up everything. When his work was finished and cheerfully dealt with my follow-up questions. I thought the fee was fair and reasonable. Bob and his company get top marks in all departments!

Mr. Jones was exactly on time. The work cost exactly what he said it would, he arrived exactly when he said he'd arrive, and the bathtub looks new!

AFTER AGREEING TO THE WORK, ROBERT CONTINUED TO MAKE AND KEEP ALL APPOINTMENTS FOR THIS TWO-DAY JOB. WE ARE THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS - OUR OLD TUB LOOKS BETTER THAN NEW. WE FELT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
