Did not fix the problem. Replaced the thermostat, had to come out a second time to fix that installation. Description for why they changed the thermostat did not make sense. It did not fix the problem. Very, very difficult to get ahold of after the initial service call.

He never returned my calls and is a liar. He only installed a new furnace and didn't put in a AC unit or a humidifier like he billed me for. He is disrespectful and I may have to take legal action to against him. He comes over very personable and that is why I went with him. He was also recommended to me by a co-worker. He had all of us fooled. At first he was responsive but later you couldn't get ahold of him.
