The professionalism and ease of setting up appointments was good, and the crew they sent were excellent. But, at $275, it was well above what other local haulers charge for the small load I had. Did great job. Early, called first, needed extra help who came immediately, cleaned up, friendly and professional

I called Tyler and we discussed how they do business. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Give me everything I needed to know in a short time. We set up a time to get the estimate and do the work if the price suited me. It did and the crew went to work immediately.  The crew of two never stopped and another truck showed up to help. They swept the area in the basement where most of the junk was taken. All through the job if the amount was going to be different, I was advised. We had a lot of junk. Some in the basement had to be broken up for removal. They did that also. The job was finished with efficiency. They wrote me out a bill and I paid it. They were great people and the crews were very friendly. They worked so quickly I just stayed out of the way. Thanks fellows, great job

They did a great job and they gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member. They come, they tell you what it's going to cost, there's no added cost. They're very professional, and he was a nice young man.

They showed up on time, in uniform, professional. Hauled everything away including an old dryer from the basement that was not working. I did have everything organized for them in large trash bags in one section of the garage.

They were able to give me at quote the same day and were very accommodating of a unique situation for a reasonable price.

We used them 3 times and they were almost always able to come out within about an hour of us calling them.

Did a good job except that they left one item I had intended for them to take. I think it was a misunderstanding. They did not sweep or clean up afterwards, but they didn't make any commitment to do that.

They arrived on time. It took less than 5 minutes for them to haul the sheets of plywood out of our garage. When they presented me with the bill, I was taken aback. For the small amount of trash they hauled, I felt the price was weigh too expensive. The sheets of plywood were less than 1/4" thick, and were aprox. 6-ft x 6-ft. We had everything waiting in the garage, so the job was pretty simple and not very labor intensive.

We were met on time and greeted by Jason and DeSean (both very polite, friendly and very professional) they gave us the amount the job would cost and then began to clean out the storage unit and even swept the unit out when they had finished the job. We were so impressed by these two young men and how quickly they worked. They were a great team. We will definitely tell our family and friends about this company and we will certainly use them again. This is a very well run company with great customer service in our opinion. Jason and DeSean were the best.

They were really good! They surveyed the area to assess how many truckloads I would be needing - and they were right on. The loads were based on the pick up and dump sites.
