They did everything they were supposed to. They did it in a professional manner. I don?t know how long it took to do the work because I left and came back later to get it. I think it was maybe two hours. The waiting room was very nice, maybe a ?B? for that.?I have been using them for a year and 5 months.

I was there quite a bit because my car wouldn't start and I had to have it towed there three times. Finally, they changed the starter and that did it for me. They're good but they're so expensive.

I would recommend my friends and family to purchase a car from them because they were outstanding to work with and on top of that their service department. They are fair price and they are on time when you have an appointment. I always wait around there and they were very good at finishing quickly so I don't have to sit there a long time. They do offer a service where they'll take you to work or something during the week, I never really use it but they were just excellent to work with.

I am going to be using them next week. My last visit there was fine. We keep going back because that's where we bought our car. They are full service and conveniently located. Ease of making appointments; we never had too much of a problem getting in when we wanted to get in. It goes pretty quickly. We are not waiting long. It's not a long wait time.

They performed the services in a very timely fashion and my appt. was on time. The only thing is I wish they would wash your vehicle but I realize for the price of the services that would probably not be cost effective on their part.

I helped my daughter buy a new Hyundai in 2009 and purchased a forever oil change contract with them. They are always cooperative in scheduling her service promptly and performing the work up to standards.
Can't say I would recommed others to purchase this service up front but it has worked out well for us in this case.
