Way beyond my expectations!! I had 3 projects and they all turned out great. Mike communicated prior to the appointment. He showed up when he said he would. The workmanship was outstanding and price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company and I already have!

Did a great job painting. Skimcoat and covering up divots and imperfections in the wall required a comeback. Very pleasant to work with and very willing to come back and fix the areas that were overlooked/partly repaired.

Project was railing installation on broken brick footing requiring concrete augmentation. Unexpected problems arose that were thoughtfully resolved by MLP. Finished work is impressive - and better than I had hoped for! I highly recommend MLP.
