I have money missing from my home. Something you can't prove even though they are insured. We had different people coming into our home all the time. They day the cleaner came alone, the money went missing. I would NOT recommend. I started complaining and I am now being bullied on social media, very unprofessional and no words.

The service man explained everything and provided me with options.  There was no pressure and he was very helpful.  The AC unit is running well and I am well pleased.

Went good overall. Interferance with our lives was minimal, and presented no problem for us.

I thought it was a great value for a deep cleaning of our whole house. We've decided to continue with biweekly cleanings from them. Our two cleaners arrived on time and completed the job within about an hour and a half. They were very professional and worked well around our toddler son and pets.

It went well. The cleaners were busy the whole time, and the result wass very satisfying.

Their service was excellent.  They were very efficient with the cleaning.  I like them.  I would use their services again in the future.

The ladies arrive right on time every time and are dressed in the company T-shirt and kahki pants. They go about their work very professionally and yet every person that has come into my home has been very personable and friendly. Not only is everything clean and shiny, but the whole area smells so clean and fresh long after they are gone. They always make sure that there are no streaks on the mirrors and that the faucts shine! They are also very easy to contact if something should arise that you need to either cancel their service at the last minute or request an unscheduled sevice at the last minute.I have them come every 4 weeks and I would definitely recommend Merry Maids to anyone who needs a little or a lot of help keeping your house clean.

I have been pretty pleased. They get the house clean, taking all the time that they need to get the job done well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Have done periodic and routine house cleaning for over 5 years. Generally satisfactory. Occasional dissatisfaction and/or damage, resolved with management. Lately, quality of cleaning has declined. Rather than resolve with management, am terminating service.

THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN OUR HOME (OFTEN WHEN WE ARE NOT THERE) ARE NEAT IN APPEARANCE AND ARE WELL-TRAINED. THE COMPANY WORKS WITH US WHEN WE HAVE TO CHANGE DATES.

MERRY MAIDS WAS ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB MAKING THE HOUSE LOOK NICE.
