Keep It Simple Concrete

Very good. Eddie is a true professional and a nice guy to boot. He ran into weather glitches, but was right out as soon as it was clear & dry again. Looks nice.

Working with Mr. Parks was extremely frustrating from start to finish. He did always return phone calls, but he canceled appointments and was regularly hours late. We knew our driveway replacement wasn't going to be an easy project, but Mr. Parks assured us he could do a beautiful job. We finally have a driveway a month after the project started and while the driveway is acceptable, the yard around the drive looks terrible. Mr. Parks assured us several times that he would clean up the gravel, slope the yard leading to the drive, and generally make everything "look beautiful". In the end, Mr. Parks bought bags of topsoil, thinly covering the gravel while leaving tree roots and very rough ground. Our community does not have storm sewers, just ditches running along the edge of the street, and Mr. Parks thought to fill our ditch which will cause storm water to pool in our yard. We have contacted Mr. Parks several times to fix these issues, but at this point we have no hope that he will actually follow through. This project took weeks longer than expected due partially to weather and partially to Mr. Parks' poor management of the job. He failed to learn the requirements in our community and lost an entire day and a load of concrete when his work would not pass inspection. Mr. Parks also repeatedly called us asking for an advance on the remaining balance because the delays were causing him financial hardship. We offered to pay $500 early if he would come and do some of the work that wasn't affected by rain such as cleaning up the yard, but Mr. Parks wasn't interested in doing that. I'm sure Mr. Parks is a good person, but in his dealings with us he was extremely unprofessional and we sincerely regret hiring him.

INCREDIBLE!! IT WAS NICE DOING BUSINESS WITH EDDIE PARKS. HE IS AN ENERGETIC,HARDWORKING PERSON-AND HIS CREW IS JUST AS GOOD. HE WAS ON-SITE FOR MOST OF THE JOB, KEPT IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH US AND HAD THE JOB FINISHED PRONTO! THIS GUY'S ESTIMATE WAS REALLY GOOD COMPARED TO OTHERS. WE DID HAVE ONE CHEAPER, BUT THE OTHER GUY NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH US AND NEVER GAVE US REFERENCES. EDDIE HAD PLENTY OF GOOD REFERENCES AND WE LOOKED AT 2 DRIVEWAYS HE HAD DONE IN OUR AREA BEFORE WE CALLED HIM BACK. HE WAS AT OUR HOUSE WITHIN 2 HOURS OF MY 1ST CALL TO GIVE A BID, AND CALLED DIG-RITE THAT NIGHT EVEN BEFORE HE KNEW IF HE HAD THE JOB (BECAUSE THEY CAN TAKE A WHILE TO COME MARK UTILITIES ON A JOB). THIS ALONE IMPRESSED ME, BUT HIS WORK ETHIC AND QUALITY OF WORK ALSO DID, NOT TO MENTION THE PRICE. I EVEN ADDED ON TO THE JOB-NO PROB. MY DRIVE IS SUPER. AND THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A DRIVEWAY REPLACED. MY WHOLE HOUSE LOOKS BETTER BECAUSE OF IT.

Great, did great job in estimating and keeping me informed. The guy he subcontracted for the tear out did a great job did not mess up the rest of my yard. The pour job turned out great.
