About us

At Kansas City Harscapes, LLC dealing with us is a different kind of experience. We don't just want to work for you. We want to work with you. We strive to earn your trust from the very beginning. When you schedule an appointment, we show up, and we show up on time. We communicate with you throughout the entire process, not just during the design/sales phase. We may appear as a big company, but we are a local, family business. We run our business the way our grandparents would run it. We don't have big, elaborate showrooms, brand new trucks, or a lot of overhead. What we do have is a small business run by two brothers and a lifelong friend, who charge fair prices for outstanding services. You can talk to us and let us know how you think it's going or let us know if you want to make a last minute change. The owners are on- site, hands-on and dedicated.

They aren't quite done with the project, but so far the work looks great. Communication could have been better. The first day they were supposed to arrive, they didn't come because their was a chance for rain. I took the day off from work, so a call letting me know they moved the start date would have been nice. I'm also waiting to here when they will be back to complete the project.

I had a patio installed with retaining wall using pavers. These guys did a great job. Showed up on time, worked for three days and it was done. It is beautiful. I couldn't be happier.
