Went very well. Bob arrived as expected, was very professional. As the opening was not standard it took him a few hours to get the doors to fit properly but was done to perfection. However, when I painted the doors the trim swelled up and prevented the doors from closing, but No Worries as I call Bob and he came out the same day and fixed the problem. Overall job well done and at a reasonable price. Will call him for future projects !!!! 5 Star rating !!!

We were initially happy with the work done by this company. The subfloor that we had replaced due to a leak was very well done. When we decided to use the same service to remove a plastic/fiber glass and install a shower base things did not go anywhere near as well. First the guy who came out to give an estimate couldn't come at the time we had scheduled. He called about two to three hours before the appointment an said he had gotten held up and that he would come out the next day. No big deal except that he didn't show up as planned. When I called to say that he hadn't shown up the company didnt apologize and we had to wait another week to get an estimate. Then the day he was supposed to do the work we were told he would be there at 9:00. He didnt show up until 1:00 because the company gave him a 9:00 until 4:00 time frame. They just told us 9:00 so I spent a lot of the day thinking he would be a no show again. The shower removal and install was well done but then we asked him to put drywall in so I could put tile up. That was a complete mess. The new dry wall that he put up was a different thickness than the old dry wall with the new drywall being 1/4 to 1/2 inches thinner than the exsiting dry wall. The edges of the old dry wall was not straight. There was no taping or mudding done. There were also gaps between the old and new drywall because it was not cut straight. When I asked the handyman about it he told me to just put mudding compound on it to even it out. There was no way that was going to make it level. He said he hadn't charged us for the drywall work since there had been confusion on times so I guess to him that was fine to leave it like that. When I spoke to the company about this, they said they would send the same guy back out to mud it even though I told them I didnt want the same guy to come out. They also said it would be a $175 charge. But I have no confidence that would be done correctly. We now have to replace most of the drywall in the bathroom to actually get it even which is more than we would have had to do if he didnt do the "free" work that he did. It's basically going to take another couple of weeks and more money to get this done. Again there was no apology from the company about any of this.

The gentleman came to give an estimate, but then stayed to replace the rotten board since the job was pretty simple. They did it quickly and did a great job. Both guys were very nice and the work looks great.

The contractors (Greg) from Handyman Connection did a great job. They took the old posts out and replaced them with the new posts. This involved digging and cement work. They were professional and the quality of their work was good. Would definitely use them again.
