"That you for your feed back and the kind words."
"I honestly find this review to be inaccurate and misleading in an attempt to discourage others. We take pride in the fact we provide the most accurate information possible to our client. (which we were not hired by you). We arrived on time, performed the inspection while you were not there, You also made claims that we caused damages to your kitchen appliances, to where we responded and found to be user ware and in fact not damaged. There no communication during any interaction that we spoke directly or indirectly any third person would be considered disrespectful or Nonprofessional. Our reporting system, as well as our company, are known for our thoroughness and our attention to detail to provide a fair and accurate condition of a home. the 78-page report you are referring to was just that. During the inspection, we took 776 photos of the home which 168 were used in the report. We share every finding and condition of the home. ( the GOOD & BAD). these photos clearly showed what were the conditions of the home at the time of the inspection. The gas leak you referred to was noted as "possible" leak on the exterior of the home and could not confirm due to the wind, Any and all other defects were clearly documented and photographed for verified. We have no financial or favorable gain by "scaring" our clients. which is and will never be our intent. We took major steps to resolve any issues that are brought up during an inspection, as we did with you. I can not and will not accept any responsibility for who falsely misrepresented the information on the report as bogus. I would kindly insist that you remove this inaccurate and defaming review. Sincerely, Patrick Butler Certified Master Inspector President/ Chief Inspector"
