Dr. Nichols provides the best chiropractic care of any chiropractor I have seen before. He assessed my issues by asking good questions and listening to my answers, clarifying where needed. What he did was curative not causing additional pain. I truly appreciated being able to participate in medical decisions about my care and his responsiveness when I had an emergency.

Dr. Nichols and his staff provide a welcoming, calm and caring environment that starts with the initial phone call and continues through the paperwork, financial arrangements, interaction with the front desk staff, and the appointment with the provider. They follow-up to make sure the patient is receiving relief and to check if there are any questions. I consistently feel that each person involved in my care takes a personal interest in how I am and how what they do impacts my health and pain levels. This practice, and Dr. Nichols in particular, provide the best chiropractic care I have ever received. The staff is professional, and experienced in scheduling patients in a timely manner. The office is attractive and comfortable, well set up to meet the needs of the patients, and provide the necessary privacy that is often not available in a chiropractic office. Dr. Nichols has provided better chiropractic care than any of the chiropractors I have seen before. He has great bedside manner, is intelligent and willing to educate patients to the level they wish to know. His explanations are clear and understandable, he explains the goals and expectations for each visit along the way. His adjustments are effective without causing pain. I will return to Dr. Nichols whenever I need chiropractic care.
