The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning and staining the house. They were very careful with the power washing to avoid damage to the plywood/batten siding, which had not been cleaned or stained in more than 25 years. They also went to extra efforts to make the semi-transparent stain color come out even where the old wood was faded and to match the color on the new wood used for repairs. They even helped clean windows and clean and replace storm windows. Pressure washing almost always leads to some messes and there was a bit of that due to the unusual construction of our house--not something they or we could have anticipated. Minor inconvenience.

Our home looks wonderful.  There were some challenges, because of the continuous rain.  Irvine Painters were timely, professional, courteous, clean up the site, and our home looks like new.  We love it.  Would highly recommend!!
