Paul was punctual, professional answered my questions and actually helped with a thermostat while he was there.

They always do great work and come almost immediately when they are called. I have never had to wait more than a few hours for them to come do the work. They even allow people to make payments if services are aalot.

Henton was called because we had a leak on a whole home filter in our rental property. They didn't explain to my sister exactly what needed to be done to correct it only that it would cost about $350 - $400 to repair. My sister called me and told me that there was a leak and to talk with the plumber. The plumber contacted me and explained that the whole home filter had a small leak and it needed to be replaced. He said that the filter costs about $175.00 to purchase and it would be and additional $200 or so for labor and his time driving to pick up the filter. I told him that was completely unacceptable as I just installed 2 whole home filters in my personal residence for half that cost. Plus, I shouldn't be charge a labor charge for him to be driving around to get parts. He said he had already installed the filter on the house. I had him remove it and just connect the water line so the house could have water. That itself was $170.00 which $120.00 was labor, most of which was him driving around to find a filter that I didn't need on the house. The technician was not very professional in the way he explained things to myself or my sister. I don't think it is right that I would be charged the labor rate for him to drive around for an hour or so to find parts. Overall, the serive was completed and they were prompt in getting out there. The price is not at all worth it. This was something that I could've done for less than half the cost had I been there to do it. They don't seem fair in their pricing and were vague about the necessary repairs. I would not use them again for any services.

He said he couldn't help me and then I received a bill for $71 the next week.

After receiving our call, a plumber was dispatched immediately to our house. He quickly figured out the problem, removed the toilet, and fixed the problem. He even fixed a runny toilet downstairs, all of his work totaled no more than 45 min. He was very friendly and professional.

They are very careful to explain what they are going to do before they do it and what their costs are going to be. They are reliable and we will continue to use them. The approximate cost listed is for their service call for their first hour.
