Very through and gave a good clear report. He also sat down and discussed all his findings with me.
He is based in Manhattan, KS but for a travel fee came to Belleville.
My only complaint is that I arrived 10-15 minutes before the inspections was scheduled. He was already there and was complaining about the home owner being late. Perhaps we had some misunderstanding?
