"We are very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our service. That year we had a tornado and several large hail storms that came through the Manhattan area. Because of that we had a very long list of repairs and replacement jobs to perform. We were trying to work through our backlog as fast as possible to keep everyone happy. In our rush to get as many customers attended to we were not thorough in completing your project. And for that we are truly sorry. Repairs are billed on a time and material basis so you would have only been charged for the materials used and time spent performing any work. We hope you will give us another chance in the future to earn back your business."
