Rented a five bedroom for two years. My roommates and I treated the 92 year old rental property with the upmost respect, spending two days to clean the house inside and out. They came back with almost 400 in cleaning and damages. The way they try and cheat college students out of their money is disgusting. We left the property better than we got there, as we had to clean beard shavings out of the sink and clean debris from all over the house at move-in. Rent from here and you will not get your full deposit back.
