CARPET PLUS

They put in a floor at was terrible. When they came the first time I told them I need the experts to put it in and they were kids of about twenty one years old. They started out and they started out at one of the sliding doors. There was a brick thing that held the wood stove and now we've taken the wood stove out and put our television up there. They were just going to butt that stuff up against it and cut it as good as they could. We told them that is why we had Carpet Plus put it in because they said they had an expert to do this. They then called down and waited for about couple of hours for him to get up here. The expert came and did a beautiful job on that. We said we had dogs and we wondered if the floor would hold up and they said it would, but it could scratch a little bit. Then we asked about water and they said it can stand a little bit of water but it can't more a laminate. This stuff was not worth it and I wish I wouldn't have gone with them. We wanted to put laminate back in because we liked out laminate. The lady that we worked with came up, looked and she seemed like she tried to help us but it was the quality of the flooring. The install and the rip off took a lot of time. We were not satisfied with the floors what so ever. The install was more expensive than what we had initially thought.
