Excellent every time my kids are there. He is a great diagnostician and figures out problems that KSU vet clinic doesn't. He's very popular so I usually have to do a drop-off with my kids unless I plan way ahead for appointments. I only wish I had more facetime with him, but then we probably discuss my cats too long.

First of all, my cat had a positive result for feline leukemia in the past and was given a diagnosis that he had days to live. That was almost 3 years ago. We came to this vet because of the positive reviews here and had a very negative view of the previous Vet. Dr Lyons requested the records from the previous vet before the visit, so he had those on hand when we came in. Dr Lyons patiently reviewed every piece of information from the previous vet and showed us exactly how the previous vet came to the diagnosis that she did. The tests came back negative (thankfully), and Dr Lyons explained how additional tests were possible to determine if the virus was dormant, but that, since it really wouldn't change anything in his care, we shouldn't stress our cat with unneeded testing. Dr Lyons is the perfect mix of competent and compassionate and he really seems to care about animals. Strongly recommended!

They are very good. They give us a break and help us out with the stray cats we pick up. They realize that we don't have much money and help us out and don't charge us the full price. They charge us only for the medicine and not the visit. They are very understanding and out cats are kept there. They are very good people. The staff is very friendly, kind and caring towards the animals.
