Well, first they glued the old one back on and IMMEDIATELY I noticed it and pointed it out to the rep. He apologized and was embarrassed that the part was not ordered new. I then had to come back to get the new one put on. They also gave me a full tank of gas for my inconvenience, so they made it all good. I drive a Murano, so gas is costly.

They know what they are doing as opposed to taking it to places that wouldn't know how to handle my car. It was a little more expensive because it is a dealership though. I will use them again in the future.
