The process went poorly. Barley showed up and would disappear for weeks. Everything he did I had to redo myself. I had to rip out the entire bathroom he was building as it was installed completely wrong and all my windows in my home are painted shut and I cannot open them. They was a beautiful home and he treated poorly and did a terrible job. Paint overspray, trim boards don't align etc. I fired him after 4 months of not showing up to work on my bathroom then kept my money. He should not be doing this type of work at all. He's been in jail for this already and I am prosecuting him as well. Terrible

I had a bad experience with them. The contractor was never on site. He had general guys, just off the street, do the work. One guy passed out because of the fumes, he was hallucination and didn't have any food. He didn't know where he was at because he was here visiting, he didn't have a car or anything and the guy left him here for an entire day. He wouldn't return any phone calls. Finally, we fired him after a week and he took our deposit of $6000. The owner, Richard Jones, came out and gave us the estimate. He was here the day they started for about 15 minutes and the last day he was here for just a few minutes. He is not even a licensed contractor.
