CHRISTIAN WAS VERY GOOD TO FIT IN OUR REPAIRS BETWEEN OTHER, LARGER JOBS THAT HE HAD. FOR EXAMPLE, HE WOULD COME OVER AT 4:30 OR 5:00, AFTER WORKING ALL DAY, TO DO ANOTHER COAT OF SHEETROCK MUD. AND HE WORKED TWO DAYS ON THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND! HIS WORK ON THE CEILING LOOKS GREAT. YOU CAN'T TELL THAT ANYTHING WAS DONE BECAUSE HE BLENDED THE TEXTURING SO WELL WITH WHAT WAS THERE. HIS CHARGES FOR THE WORK HE DID WERE VERY REASONABLE. I'LL USE HIM AGAIN WHEN I MOVE!
Description of Work: CHRISTIAN SCHOLTZ MADE A NUMBER OF REPAIRS IN PREPARATION FOR SELLING OUR HOUSE. HE PATCHED CRACKS IN THE SHEETROCK, REPLACED A LARGE SECTION OF CEILING WHERE THERE WAS A BIG CRACK AND BLEW IN POPCORN TEXTURE, AND FIXED AN AREA OF LATTICE ON THE DECK WHERE A POSSUM HAD CHEWED THROUGH IT.

CHRIS WAS VERY GOOD IN WORKMANSHIP AND COMPLETED THE TASK ON TIME.
Description of Work: INSTALLED SHEET ROCK, TRIM AND DID FINISHING WORK IN BASEMENT REMODELING.
