L&K Services

They came on schedule and the cost was more than fair.  We are more than happy with our regular weekly service at our home as well.  I would not consider using anyone else.

I used L and K Services as my trash hauler for a few years and it was OK. But I started having problems with them not always picking up my re-cycling. I would call the office and explain to them that I am handicapped and having to get everything out once is hard enough. But when they don't pick up my re-cycling Overland Park wants me to go out and get it and bring it into my garage until they will pick it up. I expected when I called them that they would send someone out the next day to get my re-cycling but they refused. So I had to haul it all back into my garage and store it for an additional week. This happened twice in one month! So I called and told them I was not getting the service I signed up for and was paying for. I told them I wanted a refund of some of what I paid. They refused. So I fired them.

They service so far has been excellent. We haven't had them long.

L and K Services is average. I give them money and they haul my garbage off. I works out well. They service the whole Miami area. It is just basic garbage service. I will continue to use them.

They pick up on time. They don't throw my trash cans all over the yard. I really like them. Anytime I call to talk to someone there's always someone to talk to. Their prices are good.

I would give them an A in all respects and I would most definitely use them again because they bend over backwards to take care of you.

I cant believe these guys aren't on the List yet. My wife and i just bought our first home, and the big name trash companies in our area had many bad reviews, some of which involved city politics, etc. We've also heard horror stories from friends, so we decided to do some shopping.

We searched for maybe a week, and found Land K on google. Not many reviews, but good ones still. Decided to give them a shot. The first thing I like about this company - when you call, you get a person! No voicemails, no recordings, no menus. Its just like calling someone you know. That alone is invaluable to us. The nice thing is they are the same price as Deffenbaugh, but they're much faster to respond to requests. I just got off the phone with them about a billing issue, and to order a new trash can. it took two minutes of my time, and absolutely no hesitation.

That's not something you get with one of the larger companies. We're sold so far...great pricing, and excellent customer service. Pretty rare combination nowadays - usually you get one or the other.
