KEN CAME OUT TO LOOK AT THE AREA AND TALKED ME THROUGH THE PROS AND CONS OF ALL MY REPAIR OPTIONS. DURING THE REPAIRS BOTH HE AND HIS PARTNER CR SHOWED UP ON TIME, WERE ALWAYS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. KEN KEPT ME ''IN THE LOOP'' IF HE CAME UP AGAINST SOMETHING UNEXPECTED AND AGAIN SPELLED OUT ALL MY OPTIONS. WE ARE NOW HAVING KEN HELP US RETILE A BATHROOM SHOWER AND REMODEL A LOWER LEVEL. HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND SKILLS ARE 2 QUALITIES HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER BUT RARELY PACKAGED TOGETHER.
