The owner was sensitive to my fears they would over-trim the front tree. He carefully removed a limb at a time while I watched so I could get used to the new appearance. Trimming trees extends their healthy life and is dangerous work. It's best to hire someone with the proper tools and training for this job! We will use High Plains Tree Service again and have recommended them to neighbors.

I think they are very safety conscious. The were very cautious about using the ladder and getting to the hedge, because it is quite tall. They had a few people standing by and I thought they were doing it safely. They tell you approximately when they will come, they don't really say the day and time. I asked that they did not come on Monday and they did not come; whether they would have anyway I do not know. It is their scheduling that decides when they are coming.
