He is an independent contractor. He is really good. He did service 3 months ago. He did a lot of work as we were selling our house. He only charged about $550 as he is an independent contractor. He was half the price of the other people and he did a good job also. He replaced a fence. He did a lot of small things. He did small plumbing and maintenance repairs. We were not there. We were out of town. We did small home repairs. He replaced some damaged shingles and he did painting outside our house. He trimmed some trees and he did finer electrical repairs. He does a good job and he is a lot cheaper.
