 + -1 moreShower diverter installed incorrectly resulting in low water pressure to master bedroom shower. Took over a year of withholding final payment for them to correct the problem which required cutting a hole in the wall of an adjacent room and repairing drywall, texturing and painting. No apologies or offer to discount work. Water treatment system does not appear to remove minerals as deposits are present on all showers, sinks and fixtures. We had a salt system in our previous residence with no similar issues. During installation of shower, provider had to be reminded that there were two shower heads with diverter to be installed in the master shower.
Description of Work: Plumbing and vent work for a major remodel. Installation of Pelican saltless water conditioning system based on the provider's recommendation. Old sewer, natural gas line, washer water supply, dryer vent, and bathroom plumbing were removed. New vents for two bathrooms, new dryer location and range exhaust hood were installed. Natural gas lines to new dryer and range were installed. Some of the existing water supply lines (galvenized steel) were replaced and new plastic lines added for new fixtures. Existing cast iron sewer line was cracked and replaced with PVC.
