In august of last year we realized that we weren't getting receipts after our payments. They kept charging us more and more money. Finally my husband said enough and said he wouldn't pay anymore for the washing machine we had already been using. My husband was trying to work all of this out with the manager on the phone. My husband was asking for a copy of the contract and the payment forms and they would never give them. All of the sudden a cop shows up at our house and tells us the manager filed a police report saying my husband had been at the store threatening them and we were not allowed to go to the store anymore. 6 months after we had been banned from the store all of the sudden we get a summons to court because they claimed they've never paid. We have been in contact with lawyers, etc in order to fight this case.
