The staff at Andrade Auto Exchange were very professional people. They were very polite when meeting us, and were not afraid to answer any questions. The salesman, Carlos Hurtado, was very eager to assist our needs and it was a pleasure to do business with him.
The car was very well detailed and looked great. They put new tires on it, cleaned up the engine very well and made sure we had a full tank of gas before driving it off the lot.
We went back a week after the purchase to have the windows tinted. Thankfully, they can do that there at the dealership. Their technician, Jaime, was very polite and professional. He was very informative regarding the benefits of tinting your vehicle's windows.
All in all, we had a great experience with this dealership.
