Call Conrad Conrad Daniels did a good job. The service was real good. He came out and did what he was going to do. The air-conditioning has been working perfect, I haven't had a problem since. The pricing was okay.

Conrad came to do an estimate when he said. He checked our various projects and got back to us in a timely fashion with a written, clean and clear proposal. He did the work when he said he would. He kept the work areas safe and clean. He finished on time and on budget.
We worked with Conrad several times and would continue to work with him . As a mark of a professional, he told us that several projects we wanted done would be better done by others. Too many "handy men" claim they can do everything and usually do...poorly.

They get "A's" overall and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Experience was very good overall. Conrad let me know what needed to be done and approximately how much it would cost. He is direct, professional, and  cleans up after the job.

Checked with three contractors.  Midwest made reasonable bid, explained things and helped us get KCPL and MGE credits and was easy to work with.  Did not try to oversell us.  Worked with Ken Duff (salesperson).  Installation crew did a nice job.

He has done work for us for over 15 years. We keep a list and when we have a bunch of things to be fixed, we call Conrad. He does electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. He also gives us references when he doesn't feel he can help. He knows someone for everything!

Conrad is a pleasure to have in the home because he is at all times respectful and courteous; although there are times when we have not agreed on certain kinds of repairs, I trust his diligence and thoughtfulness about what I am trying to achieve. Because I must be very careful with expenses, it is important that I feel I am being treated fairly and not judged because I must pick and choose what can be done. It is important to feel that Conrad is as much concerned about my economy as I am without sacrificing safety; and so he was. While we did have a difficult time repairing an old whole house fan (and we did finally get it done); the time and effort Conrad put into clearing my roof and gutters from much disastrous overgrowth for example confirmed my belief that he is one dedicated worker who well earned his fee.

He replaced a broken pipe I knew about and discovered another one in the process which he replaced. Noticed my front door was sticking and fixed it very capably. I have used Conrad before and although he is a little pricey, he REALLY knows what he is doing.

I called and he was able to come out 2 days. Conrad was punctional and professional. He was finished with both projects in about 45 minutes. I would recommend him to others and definately use his services again.

We had several plumbing issues, toilet shut off valve, toilet leak, washer hose, and washer pump. Conrad did an incredible job! He fixed all of our problems and for much less money than what I was estimating. He even fixed a storm door that was not working properly at no extra cost. I will always recommend this gentleman; he is truly concerned about doing a great job for you while keeping costs for his services to a minimum.

Completed job in less than 45 minutes. He also gave free advice on a couple of electrical questions I had.

Conrad is timely, calling when he's running late. Doesn't promise anything he cannot fix, has given us referrals to other people for things he cannot do (tiling an entire floor, replacing a deck). Conrad has made time in his busy schedule for our emergency plumbing issue. His prices are more than fair, really reasonable. I plan to use his services whenever possible.

Conrad was very polite and extremely helpful. He was able to perform the work within 2 days of initial contact by contacting me between jobs to see if the time was convenient, which I very much appreciated because he is booked up for the next 6 or 7 weeks. I will use him again and again. Very reasonably priced!

CONRAD WORKED HARD & WAS VERY SERIOUS ABOUT MAKING SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY. HE WAS POLITE & CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GIVE ME THE NAMES & NUMBERS OF SEVERAL PEOPLE FOR FLOORING, WOOD ROT, ETC. HE WAS KIND TO ME, MY KIDS, & MY PETS. I'D DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM.

HE CALLED AND WAS AVAILABLE TO COME EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED, WHICH WAS GREAT. THEN HE ARRIVED AND PROMPTLY DID THE WORK AND DID IT WELL.

HE WAS ON TIME, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAD SOME OTHER MINOR REPAIRS, BUT INSTEAD OF FIXING THEM HIMSELF AND CHARGING ME, HE GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE ON HOW TO FIX THEM MYSELF! IT WAS EASY AND I APPRECIATE HIS HONESTY. IT WAS AN OVERALL VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I PLAN TO USE HIM IN THE FUTURE.

VERY POLITE; ON-TIME; GAVE SEVERAL OPTIONS; FRIENDLY. OFFERED LIGHTING STORE REFERENCE. CONRAD RETURNED CALLS ON TIME AND OFFERED EXTRA INFORMATION. NO BASIS FOR WHETHER PRICE WAS REASONABLE OR NOT, BUT DIDN'T BREAK THE BANK.
