Whistle Delivery

Chuck called me back the same day I called him for a quote and he came out the next day to offer a bid. He was honest and fair.
I wanted to move quickly and he arranged to have a team and 2 trucks at my house for the move in less than a week.
He always arrived on time and was totally reliable.
They did a good job overall. They moved items from room to room without complaint when asked and they took doors off to get bigger items in and out.I feel they need a few more blankets in their truck to prevent a few minor scrapes, but nothing was broken.
I will use them again.
He had originaly bid $900, but they worked faster than expected and he only charged $600. This was a nice touch as I had no idea he would ask for less than the bid. They also offered to take more stuff than the original agreement since there was stil space available in the sdecond truck.

This company is a nightmare.  They showed up an hour late.  Two of the movers were in their 60s (I know this because they just had to tell me about when the graduated from high school).  They couldn't fit all of our stuff from our two bedroom bungalow into their truck, so they said they would have to make 2 trips.  After taking 5 hours to pack and unpack our 800 square foot house, the owner said he would have to finish our move in the morning (remember there is still stuff at our old house).  When I told him I would just like it to all get done, he told me, "I can't.  I have a date with my girlfriend and that is very important."  When I told him that he needed to finish his job, he just walked out of my house.  Seriously.  My husband and I had to go back to our old house last night and guess what, they had left a whole bunch of our stuff out in our front yard.  UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Additionally, I think it is important to note that now as I am starting to unpack, none of the boxes were taken to the correct rooms.  Also, we were not bitchy customers.  My husband even left during the move and went and bought all of them gatorades.

They were on time, prompt, and very careful with the furniture they were moving in. They were reasonably priced. We were very comfortable and they left me with a good feeling. They had her moved in 2 hours. They took extra care with the furniture.
