FOLLOWING CONFIRMATION BY PHONE, HAD CONCERNS AFTER LOCAL TV PROGRAM INDICATED METRO AREA U-HAULS POORLY MAINTAINED. SINCE OUR MOVE WAS LOCAL & WE WERE GIVEN A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL FOR BREAK DOWN, KEPT THE RESERVATION. CONFIRMING PHONE CALL GAVE US LOCATION FOR PICKUP, WHICH WAS 10 MILES IN THE WRONG DIRECTION. ADDED 20 MILES TO OUR CHARGES JUST FOR PICK UP & RETURN. WOULD HAVE LIKED SOMETHING CLOSER TO OUR MOVE. WAS TOLD BY PHONE WE COULD PICK UP ANYTIME BETWEEN 7 AM & 7 PM ON TUES, & RETURN THE TRUCK ANYTIME BETWEEN 7 AM & 7 PM ON WED. PICKED UP TUES MORNING AROUND NOON. WED MORNING RECEIVED A PHONE CALL ADVISING TRUCK WAS TO HAVE BEEN RETURNED AT 7 AM WED MORNING! I EXPLAINED THIS WAS NOT PER PHONE CALL. WAS ALLOWED TO RETURN TRUCK AT 11:30 AM WED WITHOUT PENALTY. BE SURE TO READ CONTRACT FINE PRINT- IT DID SAY TO RETURN AT 7 AM NOT 24 HRS. LEFT BRAKE LIGHT NOT WORKING PROPERLY, ONE TIRE THUMPING, & GAS GAUGE NEVER MOVED SO WHO KNOWS IF FULL WHEN PICKED UP.
