TruHome is the service for the mortgage I took out through the local credit union. Closing was great, but the servicing has been difficult. The escrow department takes a long time to pay out homeowners insurance and taxes. Has caused late fees and warning imitated by them and the insurance company for late payments.

Most uncomplicated home loan I ever done. Jason Kepler was wonderful. Explained everything, returned calls promptly, did not ask for repeats of documentation I had previously sent, was polite and professional. This was a great experience.
