Nick and Dallam did a great job on our winter HVAC checkup. They were both very courteous and thorough. They went out of their way to make sure our smoke detector didn't have dust on it. What I most like about Town & country heating and cooling is that they actually provide the service that we pay for. That is, a regular HVAC checkup and if they find something they take care of it (We trust them). Our previous experiences with some other companies seem to be sales pitches more than annual checkups. Again, I recommend them highly.

Town & Country's price was very reasonable in a field where estimates of cost and needed extras can vary wildly. They were fast in delivering a bid and there was absolutely no pressure. We decided not to have our air replaced at the same time even though the unit was just as old, and Town and Country was fine with that and made sure that it was in good shape for the season. The workmen showed up as scheduled and cleaned up when they were done. Professional, courteous and affordable. I have used another company for annual maintenance for over 30 years but I will use Town and Country going forward.

I highly recommend Town & Country Heating & Cooling. Several years ago, I found this company when I was seeking a dependable and locally owned company to provide service at our non-profit organization. After getting multiple suggestions from friends about various options and doing a lot of research online, Town & Country stood out for two key reasons: 1. In spite of not being a large company, they had consistently positive reviews and zero negative comments; most companies with positive reviews still had an occasional price-gouging or poor service review, but not T&C and 2. Many of the reviewer’s comments mentioned owner, Owen Faulkner, by name. After contracting with this company for our HVAC maintenance at two locations and eventually having to replace our very old commercial unit at one, I found that the reviews were spot on! We’ve had nothing but outstanding customer service from this company: they are prompt, responsive and provide excellent service. Even when we had an issue with an incorrect part from the manufacturer (not their error), they went above in beyond in diligently seeking a solution and ensuring that our system was properly functioning. When we chose to replace our HVAC system at home, they were the first and only company I called. I considered getting multiple bids, but the truth is that when I started researching other companies, I still ran into those negative interactions and concerns about service that I really wanted to avoid. Potentially saving a few dollars early on wasn’t worth the potential challenges and costs down the road. In the end, Town & Country worked with us regarding what we were really looking for and matched us up with a great deal. Every single person who was in our home was friendly and professional. They speak about the owner, Owen (who started his own company after years in the business in an effort to preserve excellent customer service) in a way that demonstrates the respect and appreciation they have for him. T&C sends out text messages to announce their arrival and they are always on time. I can’t say enough positive things! This company may not be the largest in town. In all honesty, there may be a company that will offer you a cheaper installation. If you’re like me, however, you will choose Town & Country because you know they will stand behind their installation for years to come. I don’t regret choosing them several years ago and will continue to do so for many years to come! I’m so grateful to have found them and appreciate investing my money in a local business who is clearly a good employer and invests in our community positively.

They did a very good job. We have an annual contract. They came when they said they were going to come.

The problem was resolved quickly.

I called Owen and he responded within minutes. Danny was available to come out at 10:00AM, but was here at 9:30! Not sure that I have ever had another company actually show up early! Danny was able to determine that it was the blower motor and had a replacement on the truck. An hour later I am back up and running. Town and Country are great and I will continue to use these guys for all my HVAC needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Owen and his crew are absolutely the best.  We own apartment complexes in midtown and these guys have kept an old boiler running like a top, have installed new forced air units and fixed smaller units for a coupleof years now.  They are true technical and customer service professionals, they have the best communication system on the planet andthey actually care about what they are doing.  We cannot recommend them highly enough!

This was a truly wonderful experience.  I have a shop adjacent to my garage that I wanted to air condition. I got quotes from several HVAC companies but Town & Country's quote was half the nearest competitor.  They provided name brand equipment at better than market price.  The owner, Owen Faulkner, came by and reviewed the scope of the job, made some suggestions, and provided a quote.  We scheduled the job for five days later.  The technicians texted before arrival, and arrived exactly on time.  Owen came to ensure the job started right and stopped by several times during the day to see how the job was going.  The crew was extremely professional and polite an really knew what they were doing.  The installation was completed in only six hours and was exactly what I wanted.  
I most highly recommend Town & Country Heating and Cooling for any HVAC work.

Excellent.  They had a contest since they were a new company for the oldest running a/c unit in town and we won and so instead of a gift card they said why not just give them a new a/c unit.  They tell you who is coming to your house.   They are neat and friendly.  Very competitive price. 

I liked the work they did. It was a nice experience. If I ever need service again, they would be one of the first that I would call.

It was fine. They were prompt. The didn't charge me an arm and a leg for a weekend call. I think they only charge $10 more. Very dependable. I wasn't afraid to be in the basement alone with him. He was a clean cut, middle age man. He seemed very trustworthy.

Owen sent two of his technicians out the day I called him to fix the A/C on the addition to our home that wasn't working. He gave me an approximate time frame and told me he would send updates via texts so that I would know exactly when they would arrive.
I received a text as promised alerting me that his technicians would arrive at my home at 11:30, and at 11:30 Jason and Kendall, two very professional and courteous technicians were at my door.
They checked to see what the problem was, communicated clearly what needed to be done and asked if they could proceed. We gave the go ahead, and our A/C was up and running within the hour.
The charge was pretty standard, but between the text notifications, the punctuality, the communication, cleanliness and wonderful manners of the technicians, the service was high quality!
I will call Town and Country for any of our heating and cooling needs
