The company has questionable business ethics, and at the same time they had three cleaners each month and they never completed everything. there was always unfinished work. When I called them on why the ceiling fans had not been cleaned, or a bedroom not been dusted they became very offended!

They come out every two weeks. I'd give them an "A" for overall service.

I love the feeling of coming home to an immaculate house! I have been using this service for about 10 months now and every cleaning has been worth it. The cleaning people are nice and respectful of what areas I don't want touched (i have a shower that's being repaired, i don't like shoes on the carpet, etc) I also tell myself that it helps with my allergies to have the house regularly dusted.

They're reliable. They do a good job. I don't have to worry about anything. We don't even have a scheduled time, they just show up on a scheduled day so I never know when they're coming but it's fine with us, it's not a problem.

It went good. Occasionally I can tell they are in a hurry when the carpet isn't vacuumed quite to my satisfaction. Most of the time they do a fine job.

Work completed was satisfactory, though not excellent. All of the rooms were cleaned but the kitchen floors required extra cleaning to remove dirt/film. Three crew members were present and they completed the job in about 1 hour, much quicker than I anticipated.

Excellent service so far. I've used them for about 4 cleanings. They have been punctual and thorough.

Crew of three guys arrived to clean carpets on three levels, roughly 1700 square feet of carpet. Had to return after initial arrival due to a missing/broken part of their system. An hour later, they did a great job cleaning all the carpet within about an hour and a half. Also did nice cleaning of two carpeted staircases, one including a landing.

I changed to Cleaning Authority because the previous service sent out a team of 4 who seemed to fly through the house way too fast. I had some minor damage and was afraid of something more significant if I kept using them. Cleaning Authority seems to send out 2 people and I think I like the smaller team. Just coming home, things are in order and don’t have that ransacked look I came home to with the previous service. They do the basic vacuuming and dusting and clean the bathrooms and kitchen. The bathroom cleaning has been very good. They do a detail-cleaning of one area on a rotation basis but that is not always noticeable to me. I supplement their cleaning with my own to get to the corners, baseboards, and other places they can miss. I've used cleaning services off and on for about 15 years and I think this is my fourth company. I like a clean house and may be pickier than most people, and I don't expect any cleaning service to clean my home up to my expectations. I think that Cleaning Authority has been better than the other services I've used.

I have been very satisfied with them. They do good work and send out multiple people. They do everything when they are here. They are fabulous.

The initial visit with the owner (Jack) was professional and after interviewing two other services, I went with TCA. The others didn't bother coming to the house and didn't provide the attention to detail that TCA did.
Cleaning occurred while I was at work and went very well. I had no complaints and have committed to a cleaning every four weeks.

The Cleaning Authority cleaned my home for over two years. They were always very professional and did a great job. I just moved out of their service area and hope that I can find a cleaning service that is a good as the Cleaning Authority.

They are very professional. They are prompt. There is usually one person who speaks adequate English so that helps. If I ask them to do something special, they are able to do it no extra charge. They are very good. I like them a lot.

They have a rotation of cleaning services. They do one month heavy on certain areas and one month heavy on the kitchen. They use green products. The green products don't clean as good as old fashion comet. I know they are trying to be environmentally friendly but the stuff does not really work that well. For the most part they are fine. I don't get the same crew each month but they are all fine.

Overall, they do a nice job in an organized manner. One person starts in the back of the house, one person takes the kitchen and then they converge on the main living areas. They do the bathrooms first, followed by dusting and then vacuum/mop their way out of the house. They are kind to my aging dog and do not bother her.
