I had an appointment for Wed, May 23rd but was placed on a waiting list for an earlier appointment. They called me today, May 17th and completed the work in about 1 1/2 hours. The service technician, Justin arrived on time and was very professional. He did a thorough job troubleshooting the entire circuit and found a loose wire in a junction box above the ceiling fan in our guest bedroom. The loose wire shorted and caused the power outage in our bathroom. He also looked over our service box to ensure there were no loose wires. I will use this company again for future electrical needs and have already recommended them to a co-worker.

No complaints. Easy to work with their sales department and to customize our quote. Electrician was professional and everything was installed per the quote. Would use again.

Technician found and replaced faulty switch. He also explained what was happening within the switch that caused occasional noise and blue light.

I called May 8, they were here May 9, showed up in the timeframe promised, did work quickly, cleaned up afterwards

Outlets in bathroom not wired for all the things that were plugged in.  Could not do the wiring that day as he had several appointments to get to after mine.  Will have to call back to have that done.

They were prompt and very professional. Instead of leading me on with the light issue he told the probable fix would be to purchase a certain type of light bulb. I purchased the bulbs and that corrected the problem. He said what probably happened is that after the showing of the house and the inspection, the seller replaced the correct bulbs with cheap bulbs that would overheat the can units.
I wish I could give the seller an F.

Teague Electric has proven to be courteous, prompt, fair and knowledgable. They scheduled the work promptly and the estimate. Completed the work efficiently, cleaned up, explained everything to me prior to beginning.

It was great.  They were on time, did the job as promised and at the price they promised. 

I got them through the general contractor. I spent $3000 on that work. I thought that they were very professional and I would definitely do business with them again. They were a little higher than I expected, but I would still go back to them because of how professional every one of their service men was. They had somebody else who could not get the end of the job done and the guy that was scheduled to do my work was sent somewhere else, but it did not matter because they were still very professional, courteous and good. I thought that their pricing was reasonable. There was a light that burned out that I did not notice and did not know when it burned out and I called them and did not know that it had been done. They were good with follow-up.

They were very friendly. They explained the problem thoroughly. We spent about $80. We will use them in the future.

They took two days to do the work, and they did a nice and timely job. They were professional and didn’t leave a mess. They had a good price too. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

OVERALL GOOD QUALITY, BUT THEIR SERVICE CALLS ARE EXPENSIVE.
