Supreme Green failed to do the necessary follow-up of repairing the ruts that occurred once the earth or dirt settled in the area where the French drain was installed. This settling, I've been told, is typical and should be dealt with by bringing in dirt and sod to eliminate the ruts in the yard.
Unfortunately, Jeff Wilde, the owner of Supreme Green, has not returned any calls related to this issue nor has he answered any of the e-mails. A former employee of Supreme Green has stated that "it is standard procedure to repair the settling as it will most always occur" and that he has left Supreme Green because he "won't work for someone that does not back up their work."
I've been trying to have this issue resolve since May 2014 and have no success. I'm seriously thinking of taking this issue to the small claims court.
As a result, I think that this company should not be recommended to others.
