Once again, a terrific experience. We've used Lisa before to care for our cats when we travel. When we return home they are happy, healthy, and very relaxed - much happier than if they'd been boarded at the vet. Litter box and surrounding area was spotless, trash had been removed. Much appreciated. We'll definitely use Lisa again.

Lisa walked our dogs for years and years. She did a great job with our two original dogs.
Our neighbors repeatedly advised us that Lisa wasn't walking the dogs very long, and we initially dismissed this as our dog Kismet was elderly and would not do well in the extreme heat and cold.
Eventually Kismet passed on, and we added a new dog to the mix. But the concerns of our neighbors continued. So we purchased a camera only to find out that Lisa repeatedly entered the house only to retrieve the cash without even letting the new dogs out.
We dismissed her about 3 years ago. Yesterday, I just learned that she is actually using images of our dogs and home on her brochure. Which is downright wrong. She has really destroyed out trust.

Lisa did cat sitting for us for many years we were possibly one of her first customers when she started Suburban Pet Care. We used her many times to feed and clean up after our cats.

The staffs are very well. I have used them one other time also. They actually come to my home and take care of them so they can stay home and she just comes in, feeds them, does their litter box, and all that. That was actually the second time I have used her. She seems very dependable.

I can't recommend Lisa high enough! She makes it so easy for us to feel comfortable being out of town for several weeks at a time. We have been using her service off and on for about 9 months, and will continue to do so. It is so nice to know that the house is being checked on, and my plants are thriving.

Excellent!! We had used Lisa before and are using her again over the holidays. So much less stressful than putting the dogs in a kennel (as we used to do previously) and cheaper! It was obvious she had played with the dogs, because they were demanding play time when we got home (which they never did before). Wish we had found this service years ago.

The lady will also check my mail and water my plants as well. She is totally reliable and is responsive. She gets back with you right away. She fits me in when needed. I would tell a friend or family member that I highly recommend her.

What impressed me was that she had all the information immediately available. I was talking to her on the phone and she just pulled it right up. She had all the old information which hasn't changed. My cats were fine when I got back. I have 2 cats and one of them is like 28 pounds, and the other one's 18 pounds. The cats seemed very calm which I was not quite expecting them to be so calm when I got back because I thought she might have some problems with them, but she didn't. They were fine.

Lisa is very easy to work with - She is very open about when her services are needed. She took many notes about the feeding/care of our cats since they get different diets. She made sure she knew each cat by sight. Litter was cleaned and disposed of. The cats were very happy when we came home. She was very good about picking up our keys and dropping them back when we were back home. Lisa is very caring about animals.

I was nervous to have someone come into our house while we were out of the country, even though the reviews were good but it was going to be so expensive to board our pets we decided it we would risk it. We were anxious because if there were any problems she might not be able to reach us. But Lisa came twice a day every day just like she was supposed to and the house and animals were great when we got back! We will definitely use her again if we have to go out of town.

Lisa took good care of our dog and cat while we were gone. She came three times each day to feed both pets, let the dog out, clean the litter box and collect mail. We were very satisfied with the service and would use her again.

Our dog is claustrophobic and does not like to be boarded. Lisa does a great job of caring for him. He seems very comfortable with her and the whole experience is much less stressful than boarding for all of us!

Lisa came to our home 3 times per day while we were out of town from Thursday through Monday.When we got home our older dog was calm, happy to see us and everything was in order with no messes.We have used Lisa for about 1 1/2 years and she is very dependable and pleasant to work with. She took care of our dog last year when we did a 14 day cruise and everything turned out fine. Mail was sorted on our counter and plants all looked great.

Lisa was a wonderful care giver for our three cats! She was able to fit us in even though we called her at the last minute and was able to visit and care for the cats and the house for five days. We were able to go on our trip and know that our kitties were in very capable hands. Thanks, Lisa for giving us the peace of mind we needed to enjoy our time away! Very highly recommended!!!!
