They don’t deserve even a 1 star. DO NOT USE STANLEY STEAMER . Unless you want to waist your money and time. I wish I could post photos of this crap job they did. Waisted time and money and now still have to clean it myself. Such bs

Started out well. Technician was very pleasant. When he finished and started putting everything away into his truck, I asked him about all of the dirt on the carpet around all the baseboards. He said they don’t clean that because they don’t have the proper tool. I said ‘so I paid you an exorbitant amount to clean the entire carpet and you are not going to even try to clean against baseboards? His response was, No, I don’t have tools for them at and I understand your frustration’. I asked if some other technician could come with the tools and clean and he said no we don’t have tools to clean around the baseboards. That was all he would say. He did say I’ll have my manager contact you. No one has contacted me. We were very disappointed and dissatisfied with the work and will never use Stanley Steamer again. We are out a large amount of money and my 16 year old daughter ended up cleaning around the baseboards in every room! I should have hired her to begin with.

Everything is overpriced these days. I like their reputation, they been around a long time and will supply a whole crew if necessary. They did move my furniture for me,

They did not move all my furniture. They did work around a plumber who was at my house the same day. The cleaning was excellent. They got every spot out.

I am undecided at this point. I would like to find someone else. I would say I felt like its over priced for the quality.

Scheduled to have a whole house cleaning with a special after our dog had been sick and had stained several carpets. 
While
they did arrive in the window, it was towards the end of the window.  I
received a call to say that they were on their way and they did not
arrive until 45 minutes later.
The two individuals were fairly polite, but
constantly tried to up sell me on additional items, additional work,
cleaning plans.  I was already paying a significant amount of money.  I
am pretty sure they oversold me on deodorizing and scotch guarding.  They were constantly asking me to pay more for this or that. the other one was a little rude about a pet stain.   
The
carpet seems very wet compared to when I have had other vendors do the
work.  Cleaned an area rug and left water on my hardwoods that I had to
clean up.  The sprays they used left a very strong odor that gave me a headache. 
I
thought that I would be saving money since I was having all the carpets
done in a substantial sized home.  Next time, I will go back to using a local
business. 

I scheduled the service on-line on Monday, and they responded that they'd be at our house in Shawnee between 9:00 am and noon on Wednesday.  They called at about 11:30 and said they'd be here at noon.  They finally showed up at 1:30 pm.  Had I taken off from work to meet them you can see the problem this would have caused.  Since I work at home it was just an aggravation -- but it kept me in the house and from running some errands I needed to do.  
The two young men who did the work did a good job -- I have no complaints about them.  But whoever is doing their scheduling really needs to do a much better job.  Based on this experience I might use them again, but I'd have to talk to the manager first to ensure they would keep me informed.

They were professional and they have on very simple uniforms. They were wonderful, fast, and efficient. It feels like new carpet. They also have good follow up and they called right before they came. They also put foam pads underneath the furniture. They sent 2 guys out to do the job and I was more than willing to pay that price for what they did. I would them to others.

The workers were very polite, very fast, on time and did a great job. I had another carpet cleaning service before and I wasn't happy.

Contacted them several weeks in advance for a specific appointment date/time to get estimates for work.  They were responsive to the request and showed up on time.  They worked with me to give me a discount based on their online coupon (15% off), including the air duct work.  [With a large house with two furnaces which had never had the air ducts cleaned, this was a big job!]  Their price was very fair, particularly since the comparison company didn't do wood floors and their price was higher than the total price from Stanley Steemer.  They were able to accommodate our specific timelines (cleaning before move-in) and needs.
My husband supervised the work and was happy with the professionalism and attention to detail of the crews.  I was pleased with the overall work and plan to have them come back to do some spot cleaning now that we've moved in.

Stanley Steemer did a very good job. The staff was friendly and cordial. The pricing was decent and they expressed a professional demeanor. I would highly recommend them to others in the future.

The workers did not speak english. The carpet was still quite wet after they finished.

They did an excellent job. I was amazed. They were very quick. They did everything within 40 minutes so they're efficient.
