I found this to be a great local company to work with. Very professional, great communication and follow-through. Matt came out to discuss options and brought samples to review. We discussed options about number of spindles, placement and how to handle the wood fillets in the bottom rail. We received a pdf quote within a day. Unfortunately, we had another home repair project come up (leaking tile shower) that we need to address before performing the stair work. will be contacting in the future. Thanks Matt for your professionalism and low key approach. Much appreciated!
Description of Work: We found Spindle Doc in the Home Services Group brochure provided to us by another contractor. I have been wanting to update our 1985 golden oak staircase for a long time and requested a quote to replace 23 wood spindles with hollow iron spindles. the spindles sit in between an upper and bottom rail in our staircase.
