Spartan Ram Jack

I received bids from 4 companies. Two were outrageous, another was close but did not include the poly jacking. Our garage was settling with cracks in the floor, the back door would barely close. Gavin was a pleasure to work with. He explained what was needed to fix the problem. Carlos and his crew are very professional and hard workers. Mike did a great job leveling the floor. The Ram Jack team was a pleasure to work with. They helped me determine the source of water infiltration in my basement and then presented multiple solutions (along with their recommendation) on how to go about fixing the issue. The work they suggested matched what six other companies recommended, and their pricing was a big determining factor. Once work began, the team that showed up was punctual, informative, professional, and courteous. They even managed to finish a day early during some pretty heavy downpours. In addition, they went above and beyond when burying the sump discharge line, tying it into my gutter downspouts and removing an old cast iron pipe fitting that ties into the sewers. An hour after they wrapped up, we got a significant storm - one that would have left me with standing water in my basement previously - and I didn't have a single drop of water anywhere in the basement. The peace of mind I've gained is immeasurable. Thanks to Frank and the team at Ram Jack, I'll definitely be recommending their services to anyone I know that might be in the market.

My garage/basement wall had water intrusion and cracks. Frank Sullivan came out and provided me with available options and estimates for each solution. I chose to have I-beams installed to the floor joists and seal the cracks. The work was explained before hand and I knew what to expect. The work crew finished in under 4 hours and now I have peace of mind about the support for my home and dry basement for years to come thanks to the warranty. The work crew was excellent.
